Policies impact how we care for our patients. We as healthcare workers need to be active to make changes to policy.

I think one of the best analogies I’ve heard is that COVID is an x-ray that showed us everything that’s wrong with the healthcare system. It’s exposed our weaknesses and that’s motivation to fix it. We can’t ignore it anymore.
